As Monty Python once said “And now for something completely different.” That’s what you get with the Not Quite Right Comedy Improv Troupe.
For sure, there’s a whole lotta different and a whole lotta laughs as well.
The organization, headed up by its founder, Jessica Taylor, performs monthly at the Derek Gores Gallery in the Eau Gallie Arts District. Its following is so keen on the shows that a sold-out house is typical. In fact, when I reached out to Ms. Taylor asking if I could swing by and take photos and video, she said sure, but bring your own chair.
I saw quite a few people hauling their own chairs into the gallery.
And what a merry bunch of performers and audience members. These are the types of people you like to hang out with. Funny, positive, warm and welcoming.
After warming up in the alley (their ‘Green Room’), the group of eight hits the stage, gets suggestions from the audience and lets loose with spontaneity, nutty bits and fun.

In addition to monthly performances, Ms. Taylor’s organization also offers formal improv lessons and an open “drop in” workshop. Look below the video to see information on lessons and pertinent info on the performances.
But Brevard Culture knows you like to watch, so here’s the video:
